Beans Creole Style

1lb dried baby Lima beans
1/2 lb bacon cut into pieces
1 green pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 1/3 c tomatoes
6 c water
1 onion chopped
1 Tb flour
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp mustard
2 Tb brown sugar

Soak lima beans overnight or put in water and boil for 2 min. Let soak for an hour then cook until tender. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and save bacon great. Cook green pepper and onion until tender. Add flour and seasonings, then tomatoes and bacon. Cook uncovered for 10 min. Add beans, warm them and serve.

I cut this in half when I made it last and Phil and I had it for 3 meals. It was good cold.
