The weather the past several days has been cool and either raining or with some kind of moisture in the air. But this evening, the sun came out with crystal clear blue skies, and we had a beautiful sunset with the reds lighting up clouds building over the lake and south of us.
The first photo is looking up river or east. The second photo is looking west or downriver.
The river is glassy and clear of all the debris from the recent rains. These are the times that it makes it worth while to be where we are.
